My order is a gift. Can I send a greeting message with my order?
If you would like to request a delivery date and/or include a gift message with your order you may do so by filling in the information on the Billing Details & Shipping Information page of the Shopping Cart. If you forget to include the information during the order process you mail email us at info@millcreekholly.com and include your order number in the subject line.
How soon can my order arrive?
Each holly piece is hand made per order. We do not make large quantities of any of our products in advance. The product that you receive or send as a gift is as fresh as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be constructed prior to shipping.
Following the construction of your order, shipping will take 2 -10 business days, depending on your delivery address and/or method of shipping. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground and all FedEx Ground deliveries to residential addresses are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday. See shipping chart below to calculate the amount of time for delivery after your piece is constructed.
Can my order be shipped to a post office box address?
Yes, your order can be shipped via the US Postal Service at an additional charge of $40 per piece to cover the additional shipping charges that Priority Mail incurs. Priority Mail is generally a 3-5 business day shipment, but can take up to 10 days during the busy holiday season. Priority Mail does come with delivery confirmation, which may or may not be scanned every step of the shipping process.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, due to changes in Customs regulations, we are no longer able to ship to Canadian addresses. We are able to ship to the 48 continuous states, Alaska and Hawaii.
